I’ve been serving as a deacon since 2023, and it’s nice to be a small part of what the church has for a vision in the community. I have a chance to witness not only through helping but through sharing the Word.
I enjoy hiking, running, and playing racquetball, and have ministries playing Gospel bluegrass music and playing on the church worship team.
One of my favorite verses is Joshua 24:15: “and if it is evil in your eyes to serve the Lord, choose this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your fathers served in the region beyond the river, or the gods of the Amorites in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.”
